What we collect

QR Brand Kit stores your account email, QR code content and designs, scan counts for dynamic QR codes, and subscription identifiers. Stripe processes payment details; QR Brand Kit does not store full card numbers.

How we use data

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver QR redirects, show analytics, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support the service.

Service providers

QR Brand Kit uses Supabase for authentication and storage, Cloudflare for application delivery, PostHog for product analytics, and Stripe for billing. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and performance without using cookies or tracking individual visitors across sites. PostHog provides product analytics, session replay, and feature flags: it collects pseudonymous usage events such as page views, QR code creation, signups, and subscription events, plus anonymized replay recordings of how the dashboard is used. You can opt out of PostHog tracking by contacting us. We use these measurements to improve the generator, dashboard, and signup experience.

Retention and control

You can permanently delete QR codes in the dashboard. Account and billing records are retained only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact us to request account deletion or data access.

Security

We use encrypted transport, tenant-level database access controls, restricted service credentials, and signed billing webhooks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
