Menu QR code generator

Put your menu behind a QR code guests scan at the table. Print the card once, then update breakfast, lunch, dinner, and seasonal offers without reprinting a single table tent.

MAKE YOURS IN THE GENERATOR

From menu file to table card.

Choose Menu, paste the link to your hosted menu, customize the design, and download. No account needed for a fixed code; create an account to keep the destination editable and see scans.

STATIC OR EDITABLE

Choose the right menu code.

Static menu codes store the link directly in the pattern. They are perfect for takeaway flyers and one-time campaigns where the destination will never change. They work forever with no dependence on any service.

Editable menu codes point to a QR Brand Kit short link instead. The printed pattern stays the same while you update the destination after printing — switch from the lunch menu to the dinner menu, replace a seasonal offer, or fix a broken menu link without replacing table cards. Scans are recorded, and the redirect goes directly to your menu with no advertising page in between.

HOW IT WORKS

One card, every change.

  • Upload or host your menu — a PDF, a page on your site, or a menu platform link all work
  • Generate a menu QR code, customize colors and your logo, and download PNG or SVG
  • Print table tents or stickers and test the code with your phone before the batch run
  • When the menu changes, update the destination in your dashboard — the printed card stays the same
  • Watch daily and lifetime scan counts to see which locations actually get scanned
PRINTING GUIDANCE

Table cards that scan reliably.

  • Print the code at least 2–3 cm wide — larger for far-from-seat placement
  • Keep a clear quiet zone around the pattern, free of text and cut marks
  • Choose dark ink on a light background; avoid printing over dark table surfaces
  • Laminate table tents so cleaning and sauces do not damage the pattern
  • Test from the actual scanning distance and angle with a phone in hand
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
What link should the menu QR code point to?

Anything your guests can open on a phone: a menu page on your website, a hosted PDF, or a menu-platform link. A PDF upload needs a public URL — QR Brand Kit does not host menu files for you.

Can I change the menu after the cards are printed?

Yes, when the code is editable. The printed pattern points to your QR Brand Kit link, so updating the destination updates every printed card instantly. Static codes cannot be changed after printing.

Do guests see an ad before the menu?

No. Editable codes redirect straight to your menu. QR Brand Kit does not show an interstitial or advertising page between the scan and your content.

Do I need to print new cards for breakfast and dinner menus?

No — that is the main reason restaurants choose editable menu codes. One card can move from breakfast to lunch to dinner as you update its destination.

How much does an editable menu code cost?

Three editable codes are free after signup. Pro includes 100 editable codes for $9 per month or $90 per year, with unlimited direct scans.
